For combined offers, the percentage discount is applied first, followed by the fixed amount discount. Any minimum purchase requirement is checked against the original purchase amount.
Free items are assumed to be the same price as paid items. For bundle offers, you must buy complete bundles to get the bundle price. Any extra items are charged at the regular price.
